Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Beau Salon, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:
Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the service fee.
Any cancellations made under 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
2. Late Arrivals:
We value your time and aim to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment at the discretion of the stylist. Depending on the circumstances, the stylist may decide to continue with the service, but please be aware that in such cases, the service may be abbreviated to accommodate subsequent appointments.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone at 604-351-1657. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
4. No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be charged the full service fee.
