Armineh Damanpak is an award-winning stylist, with over 10 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry. Armineh has been internationally trained by the Vidal Sassoon academy and is most well known for her colour techniques which have been crafted through years of experience working alongside some of the industry’s top stylists.

Her signature look includes lived-in effortless hair, but she also creates bold unique looks to suit each and every guest with the mantra of emphasizing natural beauty. 5 years into her career she wanted to share her love of hair and started a new chapter as an educator and now owns her first salon.

Armineh has been nominated for multiple awards and has had the pleasure to work alongside various brands, creative agencies, film production companies and is well-versed in multiple facets of the hair industry; including work behind the chair, competitions, and editorial.

With over 16 years of experience behind the chair, Brittany brings a rare blend of technical precision and intuitive artistry to her craft. Specializing in lived-in colour, precision cutting, and extensions, she’s known for creating effortlessly polished looks that grow out seamlessly and feel just as good as they look.
Brittany believes beautiful hair starts with healthy hair. Her approach focuses on enhancing each client’s natural texture and tone while maintaining strength and integrity from root to end. Whether she’s blending a soft dimensional blonde, crafting a fresh cut, or customizing extensions for added fullness, her goal is always the same—to create hair that moves, lasts, and feels undeniably you.
A firm believer in education and connection, Brittany takes time to walk clients through every step of the process so they leave the chair not only looking incredible, but understanding how to care for and maintain their results with confidence.

Freddy is a multiple award winning hairstylist, having claimed a total of 5 Canadian Contessa awards ranging from BC Hairstylist of the Year, Multicultural Hairstylist of the Year and Men’s Hairstylist of the Year. His passion for hair is unmatched and his skill set boast some of the most technically capable and creative work in Vancouver, if not Canada. Freddy is most at home in the studio producing collections for editorial and competition work and he is best known for his infectious smile, bold fashion sense and warm, hospitable charm.

With over 20 years of experience, Curtis has an exceptionally well rounded skill set. He thrives on a challenge, has a quiet confidence but exudes creativity, high level service and technicality.
Having trained with some of the best stylists and institutions in the UK and North America, Curtis has become an award winning hairstylist on multiple occasions.
His work has been seen in fashion editorials, movies, and television.

Patrick is what you would call a “born hairdresser” having been in the industry for 5 years. He thrives in his creative work and can be found and is called upon regularly for his editorial skills, custom wig styling and creative eye. Patrick has an incredible eye for detail which has seem him win multiple awards even though his career is just starting. His quiet confidence places all of his clients at ease and without a shadow of a doubt he is quickly becoming one of Canada’s top hair talents.

Specializing in classically beautiful styles, Lara carefully balances precision, movement, and longevity for each and every clients needs. With 11 years in the industry she injects creativity, passion, and impeccable attention to detail into every look she creates.Beyond bridal, session, and in-salon styling, Lara is determined to bring global trends to Vancouver and further stylist’s skills by establishing a strong education presence for the West Coast. During her 3 year term with L’Oréal Professional as a Portfolio Artist, she refined her Masterclass on elevated colour formulations, with a focus on longevity and sustainability when achieving client’s hair goals with her Intuitive Method approach. Drawing her creative inspiration from retro icon’s and current fashion influencers, whether it’s a haircut, transformative colour, hair extensions, or the perfect blowout, Lara’s styles are unique and always paired with her signature perfectionist edge.

Originally from Comox, Joey moved to Vancouver to pursue her passion for hairstyling and hasn’t looked back since. Currently training under Armineh Damanpak, she’s refining her craft with the same attention to detail and care that define the Beau standard.

Soft-spoken, meticulous, and endlessly warm, Joey brings a calm and welcoming energy to the salon. She’s often the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive at Beau—and soon, she’ll be behind the chair creating her own signature looks.

Camryn brings over four years of experience and a bright, modern perspective to the chair. Known for her love of bold colour, vibrant tones, and soft lived-in blends, she has a natural ability to create hair that feels effortless, dimensional, and uniquely suited to each client.
What clients appreciate most is Camryn’s calm, friendly energy. She creates a relaxed, judgment-free space where people instantly feel comfortable, understood, and excited for their transformation.
As part of her growth at Beau, Camryn trains closely under Armineh Damanpak, further sharpening her technique, colour theory, and approach to precision finishing. This ongoing mentorship enhances her artistry while ensuring her work reflects the elevated Beau standard.

Danica was born and raised on Vancouver Island and moved to Vancouver to elevate her craft and immerse herself in the city’s vibrant hair community. Specializing in lived-in melted colour, dimensional blondes and brunettes, and hand-tied extensions, she’s known for creating effortless, customized looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty while protecting the integrity of their hair. Alongside her experience and natural talent, Danica continues to refine her technique through ongoing advanced training under Armineh Damanpak, ensuring she aligns with Beau’s signature approach to colour, placement, and finishing. This allows her to bring both her own artistry and the Beau standard of excellence to every guest. Her approach is rooted in education and care — guiding clients through proper at-home maintenance so their hair continues to look and feel its best long after they leave the chair. With a commitment to delivering a luxurious, uplifting experience, Danica ensures every guest feels understood, confident, and fully cared for from start to finish.
Outside the salon, you’ll find her traveling, taking Pilates classes, and spending time with family and friends.

Cameron joins Beau with a strong background in styling and several years of experience working in a blow-dry bar, where she developed her eye for movement, polish, and long-lasting finishes. Highly skilled in creating smooth, bouncy, and effortless blowouts, she brings both speed and precision to every service. Now training under Armineh Damanpak, Cameron is expanding her craft beyond styling and into all areas of hair — working closely with Armineh to refine her technical skills, colour understanding, and the elevated details that define Beau’s signature approach. Her dedication to learning and her natural talent make her an exciting emerging artist within the team.
As one of the leads for The Ritual: Blowdry Edit, Cameron will be bringing the signature Beau blowouts to life with consistency and confidence. Clients love her warm presence, attentive care, and her ability to make every appointment feel polished and personalized.
